1. Eligibility
Who may register and use the 76bet platform.
To register an account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times while your account remains active:
- You are aged 21 years or older. Players found to be underage will have their accounts suspended immediately and all winnings forfeited.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online betting in your location before registering.
- You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- You have not previously been suspended or excluded from the 76bet platform or any associated service.
- You are not currently registered under a self-exclusion programme with 76bet or via any applicable third-party responsible gaming service.
76bet reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation when requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
2. Account Registration and Security
Your obligations when creating and maintaining a 76bet account.
One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one active 76bet account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity details, the same mobile number, the same payment method, or the same device — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 76bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or pending withdrawals without notice.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering and at all times thereafter. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. 76bet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact 76bet support immediately via live chat.
Important: 76bet will never ask for your password via chat, email, or any other channel. Do not share your password with anyone, including 76bet support agents.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
How funds are added to and taken from your 76bet wallet.
Deposits
Deposits to your 76bet wallet may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your wallet immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 76bet does not charge any fees on deposits made via local Bangladeshi payment methods. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Most bKash and Nagad transfers complete within 15 minutes of request approval. Before a withdrawal can be processed, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Your account identity verification (KYC) must be complete. 76bet may request a copy of your national identity document and a recent mobile banking transaction screenshot as proof of payment method ownership.
- Any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be fully met before bonus-associated funds can be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited independently of any bonus are not subject to wagering requirements.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. 76bet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000.
Currency
All transactions on the 76bet platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 76bet does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion required when using international card methods is handled by the relevant card network at their prevailing exchange rate. 76bet is not responsible for conversion fees or rate fluctuations.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
The rules that apply to all 76bet promotional offers.
General Bonus Rules
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 76bet are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms will prevail. 76bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The rollover requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Please note the following regarding wagering:
- Only bets placed on eligible games count towards the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100% while certain table games and live casino titles may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are listed on each promotion's detail page.
- Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is fully met.
- 76bet reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or any attempt to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will have a fixed value per spin and any winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the promotion terms.

5. Betting Rules
The rules governing sports betting and casino game play on 76bet.
Sports Betting
All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for example the ICC for international cricket and the BPL governing council for Bangladesh Premier League matches. In-play bets are settled based on the result at the time the relevant market closes. 76bet reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, market suspension, or if the integrity of an event is brought into question. The odds shown at the time of bet confirmation are the odds at which the bet is settled.
Casino and Slot Games
All casino games and slot titles on 76bet use certified RNG systems provided by licensed third-party studios. The outcome of every game round is determined independently and cannot be influenced by 76bet or any player. Game results displayed on the platform are final. In the event of a discrepancy between a result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 76bet's servers, the server record is authoritative.
Void and Cancelled Bets
A bet may be declared void by 76bet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market closes; a technical error results in incorrect odds being displayed; or an event is determined to have been affected by match-fixing or corrupt activity. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the player's wallet within 24 hours.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Actions that are strictly forbidden on the 76bet platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, access the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or defraud 76bet or any other player.
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits. Any deposit found to originate from a fraudulent transaction will be reversed and the account suspended immediately.
- Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once, or transferring bonus funds between accounts.
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the 76bet platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment.
76bet employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Players found to be in breach of this section will have their accounts closed permanently with no right of appeal, and all funds associated with the prohibited activity will be voided.
7. Responsible Gaming
76bet's commitment to safe and responsible play.
76bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to manage their play. Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods from within their account settings at any time. Self-exclusion requests — which prevent a player from accessing the platform for a chosen period of between 30 days and 5 years — can be submitted via the Responsible Gaming section of this site or by contacting 76bet support directly. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
76bet strictly enforces its minimum age policy of 21 years. Age verification may be requested at any stage of the customer journey, including at registration, before the first withdrawal, or at any other time at 76bet's discretion. 8. Limitation of Liability
The extent of 76bet's legal responsibility to players.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 76bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. 76bet's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
76bet does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or free from technical faults. While 76bet takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability, temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond 76bet's reasonable control — including network outages by Bangladeshi internet service providers — shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.
9. Changes to These Terms

76bet reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 76bet will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via a platform notification or support channel message. Minor clarifications that do not materially alter player rights may be made without notification. Your continued use of the Services following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
